NPI Engineer

Job description:
1.Project management - kick off NPI meeting and leading team to work out samples to products released to mass products项目管理-启动新产品导入会议，带领团队完成产品样品的批量生产
2.Ensure new products quality, schedule and cost. 确保新产品的质量，进度和成本
3.Responsible for getting drawing and BOM from USA, verifying and double check Spec. Drawings & specification , BOM released in Xiamen负责从美国获取图纸和BOM，对厦门的图纸规范、规格和BOM进行验证和复核
4.Responsible for assessing manufacturability of product designs and recommend improvements. 负责产品设计的可制造性评估并提出改进建议。
5.Create process for new products. Contains Process flow chart, pack spec, PFMEA, labor hours evaluate and manufacture capacity evaluation. Communication with USA team / customers of engineering issue if in need . 为新产品创建流程，包含工艺流程图，包装规格，PFMEA，工时评估和生产能力评估。如有需要，与美国团队/客户沟通工程问题。
6.Implement engineering changes on NPI phase在新产品导入阶段实施工程变更
7.Leading pilot run new products. 主导新产品试运行。
8.Assistance solving complex manufacturing problems and Support line. 协助解决复杂的生产问题并支持生产线。
9.Be subjected to team work and follow instruction from superior. 服从团队工作并服从上级领导的指示。
Requirement:
1.University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, electronic Engineering or related. 大学本科及以上学历，机械工程、电子工程或相关专业。
2.Minimum 5 years High Speed cable assembly relevant working experience （PE, NPI）, solid work & AutoCAD knowledge in manufacturing field.至少5年高速电缆组装相关工作经验（PE， NPI），在制造领域扎实的工作和AutoCAD知识。
3.Proficient in SFP+ ,DSFP,SFP-DD,QSFP, HD Mini SAS, QSFP-DD, OSFP process design, Especially proficient in 112G/224G High speed cable assembly process design. Familiar with correlation analysis between process and signal integrity. 精通SFP+、DSFP、SFP- dd、QSFP、HD Mini SAS、QSFP- dd、OSFP工艺设计，尤其精通112G/224G高速电缆装配工艺设计。熟悉过程与信号完整性的相关分析。
4.Knowledge of high speed external cable components manufacturing process, such as PCB process, zinc alloy die casting process, injection molding process and stamping process. 了解高速外部电缆组件的制造工艺，如PCB工艺，锌合金压铸工艺，注塑工艺和冲压工艺。
5.Knowledge of high speed external wire automatic production process, such as wire pretreatment, laser, welding, automatic assembly, etc. 了解高速外丝自动化生产工艺，如线材预处理、激光、焊接、自动装配等。
6.Knowledge of EEPROM and label system. 了解EEPROM和标签系统。
7.Project management skills. 项目管理技能。
8.Good English skills in reading, written, oral. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
9.Self-motivated to follow projects. 能够自我激励地完成项目。
