SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB工作范围及目的
Be responsible for hotel electrical equipment operation normally.
负责酒店电器的正常运作。
MAIN DUTIES主要职责
1. Be on time to do shift work, take down equipment operation records, completing all kinds of maintenance working orders.
按时做好交接班工作，做好设备运行记录，完成各种工作单的维修。
2. Complete repairing and maintenance plan on each kind of electrical equipment.
执行各电器设备的维修、保养计划。
3. Maintenance on hotel lighting facilities and public area lighting facilities.
对酒店灯光设施及公共区域照明设施进行维修保养。
4. Make regular maintenance on power panel，lighting panel and all panel of the hotel.
实施对酒店动力配电盘、照明配电盘及所有电机的定期维修保养。
5. Analysis the problem during the maintenance，and put out a rational solution project.
对维修中出现的问题进行分析，提出合理的解决方案。
6. Do cleaning work well on the charge area, to keep the work-site cleaning and health.
搞好分管设备的清洁，保持工作现场卫生。
7. Study intensively about professional technology, correct at any time, prevent wrongful phenomenon, report working condition to competent frequently.
钻研业务技术，随时纠正，制止违规违纪现象，经常向主管汇报工作情况。
8. Finish the fix task on electric and gas which communicated by department.
完成部门下达的电气安装任务。
9. With energy saving consciousness, bold put forward rational Suggestions.
具有节能意识,大胆提出合理化建议。
10. Struggling to learn technology, familiar with mastering the hotel route tend and in-charge equipment principle, technology, performance and real operation.
努力学习技术,熟练的掌握酒店的线路走向及所辖设备的原理,技术,性能和实际操作。
11. Closely monitor kinds of meter display of distribution box, record kinds of data correctly and fill in blanks.
密切监视配电柜的各种仪表显示,正确抄录各项数据并填好报表。
12. Actively cooperate electric circuit inspected and repaired work, such as power off inspection, the personnel inspection person need to notice hang “Forbidden to open the switch” as notice sign, the on duty person is responsible for the heavy result caused by open the switch without the inspector’s notice.
积极配合电路检修工作,如断电检修,需具体检修人员直接通知挂“严禁合闸”的指示牌,未经 检修人员通知而随意合闸造成的严重后果由当班人员负责。
13. When happen an accident, the on duty person should keep calm, get rid of obstacle according to operation procedure, and report to department manager, don’t shift if the obstacle hasn’t been removed, the hand / take over workers should cooperation together, tell clearly and make records on normal equipment obstacle.
发生事故时,值班人员应保持冷静头脑,按照操作规程及时排除故障,并报告部门经理,事故未排除不进行交接班,应上下两班协同工作,一般性设备故障应交待清楚并做好记录。
14. Do work well on route fire prevention, strictly inspection on route load, have to find reasons if there’s abnormal condition, and correct it.
做好线路防火工作,严格检查线路负荷,发现不正常状态必须找出原因,加以纠正。
15. Strictly abide by the hotels develop the handbook, love his own work, learn professional knowledge seriously, familiar with equipment performance and system, judge fault fast and accurate, rapid and timely treatment.
严格遵守酒店制定的《员工手册》，热爱本职工作，认真学习专业知识，熟悉设备性能及系统情况，判断故障快速准确，处理迅速及时。
16. The personnel on duty of each shift is responsible for the common material inventory, timely add if you found the inadequate items.
每班的值勤人员负责常用耗材的清点,发现不足要及时补充。
17. Strictly abide by the procedures, the correct use of manual and electric tools, found that the problem adjust repair. Can‘t repair must report the department manager to all kinds of tools and equipment maintenance and keep it frequently.
严格遵守操作规程，正确使用手动和电动工具，发现问题及时调整修理。不能修复的必须报告部门经理，对各类工具设备做到勤保养和妥善保管。
18. Establishing a strong consciousness about the hotel, civilization maintenance, the hotel is the first, try to not affect the guest when do the work as far as possible, public construction should be added a fence if necessary, in a guest to use such as electric drills impact, strong noise tool, must strictly abide by the time, and shall strictly as planned construction time. Consciously make construction site finish work, in order to ensure that the hotel‘s beautiful environment.
树立强烈的酒店意识，文明维修，酒店至上，工作时尽量不影响客人，公共场所施工必要时加设围栏，在客房使用如冲击电钻等强噪音的工具，必须严格遵守时间规定，严格按计划时间施工。自觉
做好施工场地的收尾工作，以保证酒店的环境优美。
19. Man calls or telegraph in time recorded, maintenance to rapidly, in time, and the maintenance right back to the shift on standby, and fill the maintenance to change a piece.
对来人来电报修及时登记，维修要迅速，及时，维修完立即返回班组待命，并认真填写维修换件。
20. Performs other duties as may be required by his supervisor.
完成上级交与的其他工作。
JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求
1. Minimum 1 years’ experience in Engineering.
至少1年的工程经验。
2. Interpersonal relationships well.
人际关系好。
3. Knowledgeable in overall operations of the Engineering Department.
工程部所有设备运行方面的知识丰富。
4. Familiar with overall operations of the Property management.
熟悉酒店管理的全面运行。
