Senior Merchandiser - Toys
Job Descriptions
Build relationship with customers and understand the needs and requirement
Develop effective sourcing strategy and build strong vendor network to support business growth
Manage Product Development process to ensure products can meet customer quality and budget requirements.
Responsible for daily merchandising activities from sample arrangement, price negotiation, order follow up, production control and quality assurance.
Work closely with cross functional teams
Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process or escalate in a timely manner to seek help;
Get familiar with LF internal order management system and provide necessary support and maintenance;
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Be Proactive and positive to learn more and take more responsibility.
Requirements
1. College‘s degree or above;
2. A minimum of 5 years merchandising experience in toys, familiar with toys safety & regulation. Solid experience in the EU market, preferably with Trading / Buying Office Background.
3. Have product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process;
4. Workable written and oral English, literate in Microsoft office programs;
5. Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.
6. Solid experience in order follow up with oversea clients and factories.
7. Have clear-minded to handle multi-tasks and project details.
Senior Merchandiser - Apparel

Technician - Apparel
Job Descriptions
Review and approve samples, such as style, construction, workmanship and quality, measurement to ensure that they meet product specifications
To travel to supplier’s sample room and check sample pattern prior it make into sample. Soving technical problem together with supplier.
Conduct PP meeting together with QC and do risk accessment.
Improving sample quality of suppliers.
Check Proto,AFM, FIT, PP, AD, TOP samples
Provide technical control, including customer requirements and standards, to ensure customer standards and quality are maintained
Provide technical advice and support to factories, customers, merchandising team and technical team members
Identify customer requirements based on their design concepts, sketches and photos
Review customers’ sketches and descriptions and decide if the potential issues with production in terms of measurement, size clarifications and adjustments, etc
Explain customers’ requirements and comments to factories
Review customers’ comments, determine feasibility and possible impact
Review and identify issues on samples, such as style, construction, workmanship and quality, measurement
Do the video fitting with New yoke team,discuss with NY on fitting details.
Put NY comment in to tech pack and update spec. Make all fit comment with photos in techpack in excel fortmat.
Check Grade spec & pattern, help fty revise pattern if needed.
File all docu in Sharepoint.
Has the ability to check the pattern in CAD software
Mark mini marker and e-pattern
Update factories on the customer requirements
Meet with factories to review customers’ comments and go through the sampling procedures
Discuss work progress and difficulties encountered with merchandisers
Assist the technical manager to manage the daily operations of the maintenance team
Enhance the service standard for the property portfolio
Responsible for handover of the new developments and liaise with relevant parties
Perform other duties as assigned by management ?
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in related discipline preferred
Minimum 5 years‘ relevant experience
Strong product and Denim material knowledge with good product safety requirements
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
Strong problem solving skills
Able to manage multiple tasks environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Literate in Microsoft office programs
