职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements):
|
|
Job Purpose: Provides HR partnership and expertise to assist department managers / leaders in achieving their functional / business goal. Engages in overall talent practices, including workforce planning, recruitment, talent development and management, retention, and engagement programs.
Specific Accountabilities:
-Understand the business strategy and plan and provide HR solutions to address the people issue and fulfil the business plan. -Review and analyze business request to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve talent acquisition, talent development, employee performance, retention, compensation, employee relations and employee value proposition. -Work with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. -Ensure all HR practices, records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements. -Work closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives/programs are implemented effectively and transparent communication. -Provide management coaching to build people managers’ leadership capabilities. -Drive HR initiatives such as employee survey, employee engagement events etc. -Drive/Participate in other HR projects, programs or activities, as assigned. -Should have a core responsibility of minimization of hazards and the prevention of any injury, undertake appropriate training in managing safety, operate ongoing safety awareness, promotion and recognition programs, conduct safety inspections at least monthly, and advise each incident personally and immediately to line manager.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field. -At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a general HR field. -Excellent in Chinese and fluent in English both writing and speaking. -Proficient computer skill with Microsoft office software.
Competencies:
-Strong communication skills ; -Proactive, self-motivation and willing to work under pressure. -Ability to be flexible and adapt with change. -Good knowledge of local legislation and labor practices.
