| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
1. Conduct thorough requirements analysis for the CMMS.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business and functional requirements.
3. Analyze documents and business requirements from client end users’ perspectives and propose system solutions to meet clients’ needs.
4. Document requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
5. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
System Implementation and Support:
1. Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of the CMMS, including user interfaces, reports, role-based access control rules, and user dashboards.
2. Conduct system integration analysis to support integration efforts between Company Product and third-party software, such as ERP, Document Management, and LDAP （Lightweight Directory Access Protocol）, Azure AD （Active Directory） systems.
3. Provide customer support after project implementation.
4. Travel to customer locations for implementation and deployment as needed.
Training and Documentation:
1. Develop comprehensive documentation for system processes, procedures, and configurations.
2. Draft or review implementation project deliverables in English, such as Configuration Analysis Reports, Test Scripts, and Training Manuals.
3. Create and deliver training materials for end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
Experience:
1. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience leading CMMS initiatives, encompassing business analysis, system configuration, and comprehensive testing.
2. Proven experience in requirements analysis and data analysis.
3. Proficiency in CMMS software platforms （ IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP EAM） is highly valued.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
5. Experience with requirement analysis and UI prototyping tools such as Microsoft Visio.
Skills:
1. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
2. Outstanding logical reasoning.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Solid presentation and communication skills.
6. Solid English writing skills are necessary.
7. Oral English skills are highly desirable.
Other Requirements
1. Willingness to work under pressure.
2. Willingness to work according to a flexible schedule to accommodate overseas clients’ time zones on an as-needed basis.
