If you are an experienced talent acquisition professional focused into Electronic Industry, this is your chance to make a significant impact on the future of Plexus Xiamen as part of its Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to attract, assess and secure talent from EMS or other electronic related industries across China Region. Builds trusted relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR BP’s to influence and deliver talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs. Works in a consultative approach and can provide insights on the job market and best practices when it comes to all parts of the recruiting lifecycle. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Essential Functions: ? Sourcing and Research Excellence -Responsible for conducting site recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, assessing and selection of outstanding candidates for assigned positions
? Hiring Effectiveness -Individually own full cycle of In Direct Labor recruiting/interviewing, assessment and selection process. Perform hiring activities including but not limited to screening resumes, conducting phone interviews and reference checks to obtain all skill, education and salary requirements from candidates. Also participate in formal interview process utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques
? Provide Talent Selection Consultation -Provide advice and counsel to managers on suitability of candidates to the job, the team and the company and is accountable for improving employee retention through selection best practices
? Provide guidance and mentoring to Junior TAs
Skills and Abilities Required: ? Strong track record in lead development, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making. ? Exceptional customer service experience and skills with proven problem solving background. ? Proactive by nature, Forward thinker ? At least 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or headhunting ? Both fluency in Oral & Written English

? 招聘有效性 -负责IDL人才招聘整个流程的操作与执行,包括面试、评估及甄选流程。进行招聘相关活动,包括但不限于简历筛选、电话面试及背景调查,从而获得关于候选人的技能、教育背景及薪资要求方面的信息,并应用行为面试法等面试技巧进行正式的现场面试流程。
? 提供录用咨询及建议 -向用人部门经理提供关于候选人与岗位、团队、公司的匹配度的建议及咨询,并尽力通过最佳的录用决策来提高员工稳定性。
? 为初级招聘专员提供指导和辅导。
